Mr. Lynch 7th Grade Physical Science
This site was designed to be used as a resource for our states of matter unit. Remember, we learned that all matter is made up of tiny particles. The arrangement and types of those particles creates all the different types of things that we see around us. Navigate through the five pages below to learn about the different forms that matter can take. Keep in mind that our class will focus on the 3 main states of matter (solid, liquid, & gas) and the phase changes between them. The 4th and 5th state of matter will not be a part of our class but you will visit them again during science classes as you get older.
